Our “User Terms of Service” or “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms of Use” applies If you continue to browse and use this website or engage in any activity this website offers. You are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions listed below which govern Club Vouchers’ relationship with you and the use of part or all parts of this website. If you disagree with any part of our “User Terms of Service” we kindly ask you that you do not continue to use this website.

The term ‘Club Vouchers’ or ‘Club Vouchers Ltd.’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to this website ‘www.clubvouchers.com’ or the owner and operator of this website as defined in this Terms of Service. The term "you" or "the customer" or "our customers" or "our users" refers to the user or the visitor of Club Vouchers website. The term “business” or “restaurant” or “Merchant” refers to our participating businesses who have registered with us to use this service by publishing Gift and Promotional campaigns for display in Club Vouchers marketplace.

4. Site usage and availability

You agree to use the site and comply with these terms of service, if you have any question about our procedure you may contact us and will try and provide you with the appropriate answer. We do our best to keep the site available to our users at all times, we shall bear no liability what so ever if the site is unavailable for any reason at any period of time. We may restrict access to all or part of the site as necessary without prior notice and we may apply certain restrictions to all or certain individual users at any time without prior notice. Your permission to use the sites and/or Services is conditioned upon your agreement that you are:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Able to form a binding contract with us.
  • Not impersonating another user of the our services.
  • Not acting on behalf of a person whose access to our Sites and/or Services has been previously terminated or otherwise denied by us.
  • Abel and willing to comply with these Terms.

The communications between you and Club Vouchers are electronic. You consent to receive communications from us in an electronic form. You agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing.

Club Vouchers is committed to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the correct use of information. 8. Collection & Usage of personal information

The use of personal information that Club Vouchers collects through the site forms and account registration processes is primarily used within club vouchers system for data management and record exchange within the system databases. Our privacy policy clearly states that Club Vouchers will never share or disclose any personal information or otherwise to any third party without prior agreement with the our users. If you feel for any reason that you need to inform us about a privacy or security issue, it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible and we will address the matter with appropriate solution.

For example when you register a new account, the system will recognise you on your next visit so you don’t have to re-enter the same information again. In short… We do not use cookies to hold or store or share any private data that might endanger our user’s privacy and security. By using club vouchers website and agreeing to our use of cookies, you consent to Club Vouchers use of cookies in accordance with the terms above.

10. eVoucher Definition

We refer to the word "Voucher"  as "eVoucher" or "eVouchers", this is because our "eVouchers" are generated electronically and stored inside the “User Account” in digital format. The "eVoucher" may also be printed on paper and used as a proof of acquiring the eVoucher. The printing process of our eVouchers depends entirely on the user’s preference and it is not a Club Vouchers' requirement.

11. eVouchers Specific Conditions

Club Vouchers offer a set of eVouchers available only on our website and cannot be obtained from any third party or sold at any other platform other than clubvouchers.com. In this Terms of service you must agree that you will not resell, or re-generate our eVouchers in any way, or transfer your purchased eVoucher to any other person, or pass your users account to a third person to operate on your behalf. It is your responsibility to keep your eVoucher secure and used in the manner described in our terms of service. Unless otherwise stated on the eVoucher or required by law, the following additional terms apply to all Vouchers:

  • eVouchers must be redeemed in their entirety in one visit.
  • eVouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • You are not entitled to any refunds on any unused balance of the original value of the eVoucher from Club Vouchers or our participating restaurants.
  • It is your responsibility to check all conditions printed on the eVoucher or on the website page before and after purchase to ensure that these conditions meet your requirements.
  • The use of an eVoucher for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the Merchant in accordance with applicable law.
  • The eVoucher cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  • eVouchers cannot be used for taxes, tips, prior balances and/or shipping or handling, as applicable.
  • Neither Club Vouchers nor the Restaurant is responsible for the loss or stolen eVouchers number. It is your responsibility to keep it save and secure.
  • Duplicate use, sale or trade of a our eVoucher is prohibited and may lead to legal action against you.

12. eVoucher Content

All campaigns displayed on our website are offered and approved by participating businesses. Club Vouchers website provides the platform to those businesses to make these Gifts, Discounts, Deals and Offers available to the public for purchase and redeeming. The contents of displayed campaigns are revised by Club Vouchers staff prior to online publishing to determine error-free presentation and reliable display. However, the content of the campaign details itself including description, pictures, validity, location, price and all information related to the campaign is provided by the business during campaign launch. Club Vouchers will take no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of the contents being offered by the business, and/or if the business did not satisfy the full or part description of the gift, discount, deal or offer eVouchers. However, we take every measure to ensure the information displayed for each campaign are accurate to the best of our knowledge before passing them on to our users.

13. eVoucher Delivery

Purchased eVouchers are normally stored in “My User" account, and a copy of the eVoucher is also sent to the customer’s registered email address for our promo eVouchers. Our Gift eVouchers are also sent to the gift receiver using the email address provided by the purchaser. We use third party email delivery systems to ensure accurate and safe delivery of our eVouchers, and to minimise spam and junk email risks. We have put in place best available technological methods to ensure our customers' eVoucher are delivered promptly and within a reasonable timeframe. However, Club Vouchers cannot guarantee email delivery outside our control including specific user’s settings of their email box that may accept or reject emails depending entirely on local settings assigned by the email receiver. Therefore we will not be liable for delayed or unreceived eVouchers to the user’s email box or any third party that the user may send to.

14. eVoucher Expiration Date

Our Gift eVoucher does not expire as stated on the eVoucher itself “Valid until redeemed”, however our Promo eVoucher have an expiry date printed on the eVoucher and on the website page to view before making the purchase. You must agree and adhere to the Expiry date shown on the eVoucher, and you will not attempt to redeem or use the eVoucher after the displayed expiry date on the eVoucher. You also agree that the Merchant or Restaurant have the right to refuse an expired eVoucher and you have no right what so ever to force the Merchant to redeem your expired eVoucher.

15. Gift eVouchers

Purchased gift eVouchers are sold on behalf of our participating restaurants and they are governed by certain conditions displayed on the on the website before purchase and on the eVoucher itself after the purchase process has been completed and the eVoucher number is issued. A Gift eVoucher will be honoured by the issuing business up to the value of the gift. Gift eVoucher cannot be exchanged for cash money or otherwise, the Gift eVoucher must be used in full or in part of the gift value and there will be no refund payable to the eVoucher holder or purchaser by Club Vouchers or the restaurant should the value of the customer bill falls short of the gift value. The Gift eVoucher must be used during one visit and it will be redeemed at the restaurant establishment. Refunds on Gift eVouchers are determined by the refund policy of Club Vouchers as stated within this terms of service.

16. Promo eVouchers

Purchased Promo eVouchers are sold on behalf of Club Vouchers’s participating restaurants and are displayed on the website during the period of the campaign. Promo eVouchers contain specific information and conditions specified for the discount, deal and offer eVoucher, those conditions are displayed on the website and on a specified page of the campaign. It is the user (purchaser) responsibility to examine these conditions thoroughly before purchase and be satisfied that the information and conditions are acceptable before committing to a purchase. You must also agree that you adhere to those eVoucher conditions and act accordingly upon presentation at the restaurant. You should also pay particular attention to the expiry date and any other restrictions listed on the website and/or the eVoucher body. You must also agree that you will not use your purchased eVoucher after the expiry date have been elapsed. We expect our participating restaurants to honour our promo eVouchers and provide our customers with the best service possible. Club Vouchers take no responsibility nor liability if the customer did not see or have missed specific conditions and restrictions displayed on the website or the eVoucher prior or after purchasing. We do our best to collect and present accurate information for each campaign being presented on our site, however, we can bear no responsibility or liability if the information of the discount, deal or offer did not satisfy your expectation, nor we are liable to make a compulsory refund or compensation to you or to any third party involved in this transaction.

17. Refund Policy

Our refund policy only covers and applies to unredeemed purchased Gift eVouchers. Any other eVoucher types issued by Club Vouchers like “Discount, Deal and Offer eVouchers” are considered promotional eVouchers and are excluded from this Refund Policy.

18. Our Gift eVouchers 10 days refund policy

It is extremely important to us that you are happy with your Gift eVoucher purchase and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements. Our 10 calendar days “No Question Asked” Refund Policy is very transparent. You “The Customer” are entitle for a full refund of your purchase price for unredeemed Gift eVouchers within ten (10) calendar days inclusive the date of purchase and the date of claiming the refund.

19. Our 99p Discount, Deal and Offer eVouchers refund policy

Unfortunately these types of eVouchers are not included under our refund policy and no refund can be applied to the 99p eVouchers. The reason for this is controlled by bank and gateway online charges in addition to administration charges which normally exceeds the amount charged for the eVoucher. Therefore it is not possible to process a refund which may further incur additional charges in some cases may exceed the value.

20. Calculating the Refund Period for Gift eVouchers

To calculate the refund period is simple, for example, if you made your purchase on the 10th of the month, your entitlement will start on that day the 10th and will end at midnight on the 19th, a straight forward 10 calendar days calculation. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any refunds after the refund period have elapsed, this is due to our present arrangement with our restaurant members who supply you with these products. Please refer to “Understanding how refunds work” below for limitations as why we are unable to make a refund after the 10 days period has ended.

21. Understanding how refunds work?

22. How to request a refund?

You must have your eVoucher number and your user account registered name before requesting a refund. The best way to request a refund is to send us an email to our dedicated refund email address: accounts@clubvouchers.com, make sure to include your name and eVoucher number. Once your request is received, a confirmation will be sent to you confirming that we have received your request. If your request is made within the 10 days period, the refund will be automatically processed and paid to the account you originally used to make the purchase. Then we will inform you by email when the transaction is completed. If your request is made outside the 10 days period, we will turn down the refund as stated in our “User Terms of Service, Refund Policy”.

23. My User Account

The User Account provided to you free of charge, our site visitors are not required to register for a user’s account to browse and view contents of club vouchers website. The account registration required only when you wish to make a gift eVoucher purchase or a promo eVoucher purchase. The account is mainly used to store and deliver your purchased eVouchers for safe keep and future reference to your eVouchers. You must keep your information up to date including your email address and other related information that help to maintain smooth operation of your user account. Club Vouchers shall bear no responsibility over your account data integrity and if we cannot deliver your purchased eVoucher to your email address due to an input error made by you, and any other data provided by you during registration that may prevent the correct use of your account in accordance with our system functionality.

24. Closing your user account

You may close your user’s account on Club Vouchers site at anytime during your active registration, and request that your registration is removed from our system. In doing so you agree that all information related or stored in your user’s account will be deleted and no further reference to your account or any eVouchers stored inside your account can be accessed or used with our participating restaurants after the closure. You also agree that Club Vouchers has the right to close or freeze your user’s account for any reason that does not comply with our business conduct and without prior notice. It is at our discretion to deal with each individual account in the manner that the company sees fit and suitable to maintain correct use of our system.

25. eVoucher Redemption

Redeeming is a process done at the point of presentation, you make your visit to the chosen venue, you must show your eVoucher on your mobile device or in print. The staff at the restaurant will use our Android or iPhone App to validate your eVoucher, should this fail for any reason, another method is applied by entering the eVoucher number manually to validate the eVoucher, should this fail for any reason the restaurant staff may log into their business account on Club Vouchers system using a local computer or through a device with an Internet connection and manually enter the eVoucher number for validation. As a last resort the restaurant may call us to validate your eVoucher.

26. Redeeming problems

We would like you to feel that you are in good hands and we are always available to solve any issues, and we do our best to help make your experience pleasant and enjoyable. Club Vouchers’ uses the latest technologies to ensure smooth and reliable exchange of information between our server and participating restaurants. Sometimes for reasons beyond our control systems may be down or Internet connection not available to redeem your eVoucher correctly. In this case we ask the restaurant staff to give us a call to help solve the situation by accessing the system directly and provide back up answers for the eVoucher in question.

27. eVoucher status

Your eVoucher has a status of “Current” when first purchased, this status is shown on your user’s account next to the eVoucher details. Your eVoucher can only be redeemed once, so make sure that your eVoucher have not been redeemed previously prior to your visit to the restaurant, otherwise you will be turned down and you will not be able to use it. Once the eVoucher has been redeemed, the status will change from “Current” to “Redeemed” and cannot be used anymore. Other possible status where the eVoucher cannot be used; if the eVoucher has been “Expired” or “Refunded” or “Cancelled”. You agree that you will not attempt to use a redeemed, expired, refunded or cancelled eVoucher. Club Vouchers reserves the right to cancel your eVoucher for any reason.

28. eVoucher numbering

Your eVoucher contains a number and a QR code that identifies the authenticity of the eVoucher, this code represents the unique numbering system assigned to each eVoucher. This numbering system is exclusive to Club Vouchers’ issued eVouchers and can only be used and redeemed at Club Vouchers participating restaurants.

29. Limitations of Liability

Subject to the exclusions of warranties and arbitration provisions provided herein, your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with us is to discontinue your use of this sites and services. you expressly understand and agree that Club Vouchers Ltd., and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, vendors or merchants shall not be liable to you for any of the following: (a) any claims exceeding the total amount of fees that you paid us for the specific eVoucher price you specify in your dispute or claim. (b) any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, inability to use or reliance upon the sites and services. these exclusions apply to, but are not limited to, any claims for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages. If any applicable jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdiction, our liability, and the liability of our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, vendors and merchants shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

As set forth above, you agree that you are solely responsible for interactions with third-party merchants (Restaurants). Subject to the exclusions of warranties, limitations of liability and arbitration provisions provided herein, you agree to release clubvouchers.com and Club Vouchers Ltd., from any and all claims or liability related to any product or service of a third-party merchant (Restaurant) and any action or inaction by a third-party merchant (Restaurant).

30. Third party contents and links to other websites

Club Vouchers sites and/or services, or communications you receive from our sites and/or services may include third-party content or links to third-party websites that we do not control, maintain or endorse. Accessing those third-party sites requires you to leave Club Vouchers site and/or services. We do not control those third-party sites or any of the content contained therein and you expressly acknowledge and agree that we are in no way responsible or liable for any of those third-party sites, including, without limitation, their content, policies, failures, promotions, products, services, actions and/or any damages, losses, failures or problems caused by, related to or arising from those third parties or their sites. Your correspondence and business dealings with others found on or through the sites and/or services, including, without limitation, the payment and delivery of products and services, and any terms, conditions, warranties and representations associated with any such dealings, are solely between you and the third-party. Club Vouchers encourages you to review all policies, rules, terms and regulations, including the privacy policies and terms of use of each and any third-party site that you visit.
